Overview
At KROFT & CO., the handover of your equipment is the final phase of our engineering process. We view logistics as a critical component of quality control, ensuring your allocation maintains its structural integrity from our Melbourne facility to your location. We are committed to a strict chain of custody for every unit dispatched.
PRE-ORDER DEPLOYMENT STATUS
Current Phase: BATCH 001 ALLOCATION Please note that the Signature Weekender is currently in the pre-manufacturing allocation phase.
- Status: Pre-Order / Production Queue.
- Est. Dispatch Window: June 15 – June 30, 2026.
- Notification: You will receive a priority dispatch notification the moment your unit clears final inspection and is handed over to our carrier partners.
THE DISPATCH PROTOCOL
Our logistics facility operates Monday through Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays.

Preparation Window: Once in stock, please allow 24-48 hours for final quality assurance, dust-bag stuffing, and boxing prior to carrier pickup.

Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 15:00 AEST on Fridays will enter the processing queue the following Monday.
DOMESTIC FREIGHT (AUSTRALIA)
We utilize premium carrier partners (Australia Post / Sendle) for all domestic movements.

Standard Freight: Complimentary (Free) on all orders over $300 AUD.

Orders Under $300: Calculated rates apply based on volumetric weight and destination.

Transit Time: 2–5 Business Days (Metro) / 5–10 Business Days (Regional) post-dispatch.
GLOBAL LOGISTICS (INTERNATIONAL)
KROFT & CO. maintains a global distribution capability.

International Standard: Calculated at checkout. (Approx. 6-15 Business Days).

International Express: Calculated at checkout. (Approx. 4-8 Business Days).
Import Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to local import duties, VAT, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These costs are strictly the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the KROFT & CO. checkout total. We recommend verifying local thresholds prior to securing your allocation.
TRACKING CREDENTIALS
Upon the successful handover of your cargo to the courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking ID. This allows you to monitor the chain of custody from our Melbourne workshop to your doorstep.
CHAIN OF CUSTODY & INTEGRITY
Every KROFT unit is visually inspected and sealed before dispatch. While rare, logistics failures can occur.

Damaged Cargo: If your package arrives structurally compromised, please document the damage (photos of the exterior box and unit) immediately.

Lost in Transit: If the tracking credentials show no movement for 7 days, we will initiate an investigation.
